Coaching is for anyone feeling a bit stuck in their professional and/or personal lives. I often hear clients say the following:
"I want to take my career to the next level. How can I best invest my time and resources to get there?"
"My friend (or spouse, family member, boss, co-worker, direct report) is driving me crazy with his/her behavior. How can I stop the madness?"
"I'm constantly busy, but don’t feel like I'm making any real progress. How can I prioritize my life better?"
"My teenage son is baffling me with his behavior and choices. How can I communicate with him better?"
"Help! My kids are leaving the nest soon. How do I transition back into the workforce and do something I'm passionate about?"
"I want to start (or buy) a business. How do I make that leap of faith?"
"I long for a job more in line with my passion or purpose. How do I find that?"

The first two sessions are ideally back-to-back within a 2-3 week timeframe. That's where we lay the groundwork. After that, we can increase the time between sessions to what works for you. I find a regularly scheduled date/time twice per month is a nice rhythm for most. And when we are in an established pattern, once a month can also work. Of course, if an emergency pops up, we can always change the timing of our coaching sessions. I just need 48-hours notice to reschedule.

It is important for both coach and client to have a great "fit." I offer a free 30-minute consultation via phone to check our compatibility and discuss your needs for coaching. If we look like a great match, then I'll recommend the type of coaching support I think you need for the short-term and the long-term. Then you can decide how to proceed.

We are happy to reschedule when something comes up if you provide 48-hours notice.
